Your order will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to your address.

Estimated delivery time is between 10 to 25 business days.

Please note: If your order is delayed due to customs clearance in Brazil, the time it remains held by customs is not included in the estimated delivery window.

We carefully select suppliers who not only offer excellent pricing and quality, but also prioritize fast and reliable shipping.

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe, we recommend first checking with your local postal service (Correios) for any updates.

If Correios confirms they do not have your package, please contact us right away. We’ll reach out to our suppliers to investigate the issue.

Once a logistics issue is confirmed, we will issue a full refund immediately after completing the verification process.

Your tracking number will be sent via email within 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed.

If you chose to pay via Boleto Bancário, please note that bank processing may take up to 5 business days before the payment is confirmed.
